1. Stand in Front of a Mirror
Ideally, the mirror should be big enough that you can see your entire body, but if it’s not that’s ok. Take a good look at yourself. Don’t judge, just look. Now, look yourself in the eye and say, “I love you.”
2. Take 3 Deep Breaths
Inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth. As you inhale think love. As you exhale feel your body relax and become grounded. It helps to let out a “sigh” as you exhale. Repeat three times.
3. Imagine the Possibilities
Think about all the things you want to manifest. See yourself having them. Notice how you will feel when you’ve manifested the life of your dreams. If there’s something in particular you’ve been trying to manifest, really focus on having it.
4. Say it Out Loud
Talk about what you are going to do and what you will have, but make it in the present tense. As you repeat it, believe it. Continue to visualize having what you want as you tell yourself you already have it. Make it feel real. For example, “I make $7,000 per month with ease.” Or “I eat only healthy foods that nourish my body and stick to my exercise routine every day.” Or “I live on a sailboat with my partner exploring the world coast to coast.” Whatever you say, make sure you believe it.
