Surely you’ve heard the phrase “The struggle is real.” It seems to be pretty popular these days. Whether we’re discussing starting a new diet, managing finances, chasing kids around, or basically anything that has to do with adulting, people love to throw the phrase around! Heck, I’m guilty of using it myself. In the past year or so I’ve been toying with improving myself, but only recently have I decided to get real about it.
Have you ever felt like no matter what you did it just wasn’t good enough? This was my life until I decided it wasn’t going to be that way any more. You see, all this time I had been looking around for the answer to my problems, but what I didn’t realize is that I had the answer all along. It wasn’t until I realized that the divine spirit that created this universe actually wanted me to win. The universe wasn’t working against me, it was working with me.
Now, you might be thinking that sounds like a whole lot of mumbo jumbo or just plain bullshit, and that’s okay. I’m not here to convince you of anything. I just want to share my experience with you so you know the possibility of what can be. When you choose to change the way you talk to yourself, you begin to change the way you think and believe. This energy shift from inside you ripples out into the universe and creates waves. These waves tell your story and the universe aligns itself with that story. Every thought you think sends a message to the universe telling it what you want. If you think the struggle is real, it will be because the universe will align with that belief and make the struggle real for you. On the other hand, believe it will all work out and things will begin to fall into place for you.
“Sounds like magic.” Well, actually, magic is an illusion, so no it’s not magic. It’s simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. You have to work on every thought you think in order to change your mindset and change your life. That’s my goal as a life coach, I want to help you change your mindset. If you’re interested in working with me personally, send me a quick message on the “contact me” section of this site and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
May the universe be with you. 😉
